What is XIRR?

XIRR (Extended Internal Rate of Return) is a method to calculate the annualized return on investments with multiple transactions occurring at different times. It accounts for the time value of money and provides an accurate measure of investment performance.

How to Use:

1. Add all investment dates and amounts (negative values)
2. Add redemption date and current value (positive value)
3. Click Calculate XIRR to get annualized return
